NetronEats is excited to launch a Channel Partner Program to expand its reach and empower businesses to leverage our all-in-one restaurant platform. Our program offers two partnership options: Referral and Reseller. We're also thrilled to announce a white-label option coming soon, allowing resellers to offer NetronEats solutions under their own brand!
Affiliate/Referral Partner: Identifies and refers potential customers to NetronEats.
Reseller Partner: Promotes, sells, and implements NetronEats solutions directly to customers. Resellers provide ongoing support and services to their clients.
Affiliate/Referral Partner: Earns a 10% commission on the sale of any NetronEats subscriptions generated through their referrals, regardless of whether the customer switches partners later.
Reseller Partner: Earns a 40% commission on the sale of NetronEats subscriptions to their customers. However, NetronEats allows customers to switch partners at the end of each month. In this case: The original Reseller Partner who introduced the customer will receive a 10% referral commission on the customer's ongoing subscription fees. The new Reseller Partner will then earn a 30% commission on the customer's subsequent subscription fees.
Recurring Revenue: Earn commissions on every successful sale and even retain a portion of the commission if a customer switches partners.
Discounted Subscriptions: Reseller partners may qualify for discounted NetronEats subscriptions.
Marketing and Sales Support: NetronEats will provide partners with marketing materials, sales tools, and training resources.
Dedicated Partner Portal: Access resources, track leads, and monitor commissions through a dedicated online portal.
White-Label Option (Coming Soon!): Reseller partners can leverage the upcoming white-label option to offer NetronEats solutions under their own brand (details to be announced soon).
Partner Assignment: Restaurant location owners have the flexibility to change their assigned partner on a monthly basis through the Netron dashboard, enabling them to invite a new partner to take over their account.
Feedback Process: At the end of each month, restaurant location owners are prompted to provide feedback on their assigned partner's performance in the following categories:

Feedback Submission: Restaurant owners can submit feedback through a structured survey or feedback form accessible via the Netron dashboard or through communication channels facilitated by Netron's partner management system.

Feedback Reports: Partners receive regular feedback reports summarizing their ratings and comments from restaurant owners, enabling them to identify areas for improvement, address concerns, and enhance their performance and service delivery.
Reseller Support: Dedicated support channels are provided for resellers to access assistance, resources, and guidance in managing sales, marketing, and customer inquiries for their assigned customers.
Customer Success: Partners are equipped to provide high-quality customer support and success services to their assigned customers, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
Feedback Analysis: Netron's partner management team reviews feedback reports to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for program optimization and partner support initiatives.
Program Iteration: The partner program is continuously optimized based on feedback and performance metrics to drive continuous growth and success, adapting to evolving partner and customer needs.
